Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- If you’re having a tough time accessing forms from the Onondaga County Clerk’s Office online, you’re not alone.
One of out viewers wants to know why in this day and age the county doesn’t make digital copies of all its forms available to the public on its website or at the very least, by email.
Ben Dublin with the Onondaga County Executive’s Office says his office has gone to great lengths to make as much information available on the county website as possible.
But the county clerk is separately elected and manages her own office. Dublin says the two branches of government are working together now to get the clerk’s forms online.
