Cash4gold is the biggest bunch of crooks out there. They ought to change their name to "pennies for gold". For anyone interested in selling their old gold jewelry, your best bet would be to sell it on ebay under the jewelry or bullion category. Do not trust ANY of these commercials you see on TV. They are all scams!

As far as selling gold... I found a company that actually posts the prices they pay per gram for various types of gold and silver. They also have a perfect Better Business Bureau report... not 300+ complaints like another one does. I found they offered more than anyone else would offer me so I used them and it worked out very well. The price chart is at http://SilverAndGoldExchange.com I recommend checking there before selling elsewhere.

I've been receiving Circuit City emails for a couple weeks now. The first one that arrived explained all the info that was covered in the story.
