Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Ford is recalling 230,000 of its Freestar and Mercury Minivans in order to fix a corrosion problem with some of the seats.
Ford says the affected models were sold between 2004 and 2007.
The automaker says the corrosion could prevent the fold-down third row seats from safely locking into place.
Affected owners should bring their minivan to the dealer for repair.
