I fear kmc is right. The plain old fact of the matter is that right now, it's just like the regular flu. As long as people try to take those simple precautions listed and keep their fevers under control, there's nothing else you can really do about it. People could also do things such as eat healthier, take a multivitamin and exercise right now so that when the H1N1 virus returns in the fall, your body will have a better natural ability to fight the virus.

You think you have had enough of the whole Swine Flu hype?....You aint seen nothing yet! Wait until this fall and when kids go back to school. The Swine Flu hype will then be going at full tilt promoting a triple vaccine (untested) with no long term safety studies in humans for the flu. Don't believe the hype!

What is H1N1 Flu?

What is H1N1 (swine) flu? An influenza virus, similar to the strains that impact many people during the winter months. Flu viruses also infect many other animals and mammals, as well as birds, and this strain causes a respiratory disease in pigs. It is related to human viruses, but influenza tends to stay in its own "host" species.
