Mattydale (WSYR-TV) -- The windows are covered and the word “closed” appears on the building of Big Mama’s Cheesecakes, located in the Northern Lights Plaza in Mattydale. The owner tells us Big Mama’s closed last month, citing the economy and location as reasons for the closure.
The owner says she’s planning on possibly opening in another location or partnering with other businesses. No word on future plans for the now vacant space.
