Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- The COR Development Company is building a 6,000 square foot free standing building that will house a new Verizon Wireless store and a Chipotle.
The stores will open on Route 31 in Clay near Dell Center Drive.
Construction has already started and the foundation is in. The building should be up by early spring.
The new stores will likely open by mid-summer.
