One local chain and one national chain are expanding in Central New York.
In the city of Ithaca, the finishing touches are being done on a new Urban Outfitters store. It’s located on Green Street, just a few blocks off the Ithaca commons. Shoppers eager to check out the new store will get their chance at 10 am on Thursday July 2nd, when it’s scheduled to officially open.
Manlius credit union
Some of you have been asking what's in store for the empty lot next to the American Legion on Route 92 in Manlius? Manlius' director of planning and development confirms that a new SECNY Credit Union is being built on the lot.
The lot has been empty since 2006, when the hair salon located on that block burned down. The new location on Route 92 will replace their old location on Fairgrounds Drive, just around the corner.
SECNY is also currently renovating their Skaneateles location.
