Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A company says the demolition of the ice cream and pizza shops that once sat on the grounds is complete and crews are tearing up the lot in preparation for a new Kinney Drug store in Syracuse’s Eastwood area.
The former tenants of the southwest corner of Midler Avenue and James Street relocated across the street and, depending on how the winter and spring seasons progress, construction on the new store should be complete in May of 2013.
