Fayetteville (WSYR-TV) - A lot of you drive by Limestone Plaza in the Village of Fayetteville and have noticed some major changes.

NewsChannel 9 spoke with David Francey, who owns the Limestone Plaza. He says the three story building now under construction will be an upscale restaurant.

On the first floor will be the restaurant with an atrium. Office space will be located on the second floor. On the third floor, two large apartments with lofts.

Francey says he's optimistic for a late fall opening.

Francey bought the entire Limestone Plaza with his wife last year, and in re-developing the building, history will play a large role.  It dates back to 1832.  Grover Cleveland once upon a time worked and lived here, before making his move to Buffalo, and eventually on to the White House.

What will the new restaurant, office and apartment building be called?  Mr. Francey says that's still under discussion.
