Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A new occupant may soon be parked in the spot once occupied by Sam Dell on West Genesee Street.
The building – along with the bowling alley next door – was purchased by an LLC at the beginning of April.
One of the owners – Jim Rinalli – has commissioned a crew to clean up the vandalized site. The property will be redeveloped and Rinalli is talking to several possible tenants.
He hopes to have an occupant for the old dealership as soon as possible.
