Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – The Valley area of Syracuse has been without a grocery store since 2009 and residents are anxious to see one return.
Near the end of last year, the company that owns the former P&C location said it was working hard to finalize a lease on the space. A representative from Tops says the company is continuing to negotiate with the city of Syracuse, but is eager to finalize a lease and move the project forward.
