Fulton (WSYR-TV) – A popular diner in Fulton is about to expand.
Mimi’s ownership tells NewsChannel 9 that they will soon add a banquet room.
Work has begun on the private-party area at Mimi’s Diner on North Second Street.
The expansion is being built at the back of the restaurant, which was once a deck.
The owners say the area wasn’t used often and they’ve seen an increase in reservations for large parties.
They anticipate completing the banquet room in a few weeks. The restaurant remains open during construction.
