DeWitt (WSYR-TV) – A NewsChannel 9 viewer is wondering what happened to the Christmas tree that usually sits atop the Blue Cross/Blue Shield building.

According to the building’s owner, April Stone, the tree was put up in time for Thanksgiving weekend, but had to be taken down when it started to spark.

Stone says the tree is down while the electrical issues are being dealt with. They are not sure when the repairs will be completed.
