Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- Some of our viewers have called our newsroom wondering about this year’s location for the Parade of Homes.
Construction is well underway off Guy Young Road in Brewerton. The development is called Riverwalk because of the close proximity to the Oneida River. Eight homes are being built. Prices will range from $250,000 to $375,000. The Homebuilders Association is also working with SUNY ESF to build a walking path to the river for the new homeowners. The 2012 Parade of Homes runs from September 8 through September 23. It’s sponsored by the Syracuse Homebuilders Association.
