Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - Facebook has had a rocky first week on Wall Street, but some NewsChannel 9 viewers are still interested in investing in the social networking giant.

Financial advisor Rick Reagan says there are many online discount brokers who sell Facebook, or any publicly traded stock.

Among the most popular are Scottrade, TD Ameritrade, and Charles Schwab. Reagan advises would-be investors to think twice before putting all of their eggs in Facebook’s basket. He says one would be better served purchasing a diversified mutual fund – a single stock that doesn’t have a long financial record, such as Facebook, is a very risky investment.
