(WSYR-TV, Syracuse)  The weather is pretty quiet around here tonight, but this newsworthy item came out.  The public's response to tornado warnings/watches and really all severe weather information, has been a topic of discussion among meteorologists.  This report is a review of the meteorological conditions that caused the Joplin tornado and the public's response to the severe weather information.  This is certainly a learning experience.
