(WSYR-TV, Syracuse) The la nina has weakened in the equatorial Pacific Ocean.  While it's too early to figure out what that means for us, that may be some good news for areas that have been stricken with droughts and wildfires.  This may also have an implication on the upcoming hurricane season.  Click here to read the whole story from NASA.
