Craig and Rosemaria Cole
What are your plans in the next few years?
I will be attending the School of Arts and Sciences at Tufts University in the fall where I intend to play baseball, and to take full advantage of the liberal arts education through which I hope to find the right path for me.
What are your career plans?
My career plans are undecided at the moment. I have an interest in a wide variety of things at the moment.
What have you enjoyed the most about your high school experience?
The entire experience as a whole has been fantastic; the teachers, the relationships made, the teams, the coaches, I have truly enjoyed my time at S-E.
What is your favorite quote or saying?
"We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them." -- Albert Einstein
Who has inspired you the most?
I have been truly spoiled to have had so many great teachers, coaches, family, and friends to inspire me, but parents aside, I would have to say that my soccer coach, Mike Rodriguez, my history teacher, Ken Buehner, and my club baseball coach, Bill McConnell have inspired me the most. They are three men who truly love what they do, and they unselfishly devote their time and energy, above and beyond the call of duty. I can only hope to one day find a career that inspires the same level of joy and commitment in myself.
What is your advice to your graduating class?
Learn from the past, be conscious of the future, but live in the moment. I hope you find whatever it is that makes you the happiest, and never let it go.
What do you do to relax and unwind?
I think that sports and exercise are the best distractions from day to day life.
What word or phrase best describes you?
At your 25-year reunion, what do you want your classmates to remember you for?
I want them to remember me for the person I was, not for the grades I earned.
If nothing else, what one thing would you like to accomplish in your lifetime?
If nothing else, I hope to embark on the pursuit of happiness, and succeed.
