Oprah has found the Biggest Giver... and he long ago found Central New York! Judges named Cornell graduate Stephen Paletta the winner of "Oprah's Big Give," and surprised him with $1 Million... half of which must be used to continue helping others. Helping others is nothing new to the former Big Red lacrosse player. Paletta has spent much of the last two years concentrating on philanthropic efforts after establishing a career in construction in New York.
