James Taylor and Carole King are planning to hit the road together in 2010, 30 years after they first performed together.

The singer-songwriter superstars are planning a string of dates in Australia and Japan before heading home for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles in May 2010.

One of Taylor's most beloved hits, You've Got A Friend, was written by King.

The Troubadour Reunion tour will open with a concert in Melbourne, Australia on March 27, 2010.

The dates will mark the 30th anniversary of their debut show together at the Troubadour in Los Angeles. King and Taylor reteamed to celebrate the fabled venue's 50th anniversary in 2007.

Additional dates in North America and Europe will be announced soon.

Taylor says, "This tour, our Troubadour Reunion, has been waiting to happen for a long time and the years seem to have vanished, where does the time go? When we reunited for the Troubadour's 50th Anniversary celebration."
