100 grams of cocaine, $8K in cash seized during drug bust in Oswego

Oswego (WSYR-TV) -- Search warrants in the city of Oswego turned up 100 grams of cocaine and $8,000 in cash on Wednesday.

Authorities in Oswego County searched two residences at around noon. One of the homes was located at 205 West Seneca Street and the other was located at 148 West Bridge Street.

A small amount of marijuana was also recovered in the search, police said.

Two people -- 33-year-old Pedro J. Velazquez and 19-year-old Darin M. Silvia -- have been arrested in connection with the bust on West Seneca Street. Both are facing felony drug charges.

Velazquez and Silvia are being held at the Oswego City Police Department pending their arraignment.
