Auburn (WSYR-TV) – Auburn Police have arrested a man on child sex abuse charges after reopening a case they had closed in 2008.

Police charged 76-year-old James Quinn of Fulton Street, Apt. 1, after an additional victim surfaced.

They closed the case in July 2008 when they determined that they had insufficient evidence.

The victims were 8 and 11 years old at the time police say they were abused.

They charged Quinn with sexual abuse in the first degree, sexual abuse in the second degree, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, and coercion.

Anyone with additional information should call police at (315) 255-4702.
