Arrests in underage alcohol sales

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) State Police have made two arrests after an underage drinking operation.

Investigators checked out 9 bars and 11 retail stores in Onondaga County.

They arrested Kimberly Miner, a bartender at Zebb’s Deluxe Bar in Mattydale, and Adam Lockley, a worker at Pascale’s Wine and Spirits in Cicero.

Both are charged with Unlawfully dealing with a child and Prohibited sales of alcohol to a person under 21.

Eighteen other locations were checked without violation.
