Auburn man arrested on sex abuse charges involving young girl
Tully (WSYR-TV) -- A 38-year-old Auburn man has been arrested on sex abuse charges involving a young girl.
State Police arrested Stephen Arthur on Wednesday.
Arthur was arraigned in the town of Tully Court and is being held at the Onondaga County Justice Center on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
Arthur is charged with one count each of sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. He's due back in court on January 29.
