Town of Seneca (WSYR-TV) -- A 28-year-old Baldwinsville man is dead after police say the driver of the car he was riding in was on drugs.
It happened around 7 Friday night on County Route 20 in the Town of Seneca.
Sheriff's deputies say five Baldwinsville men were headed south on the road in a Pontiac Sedan, when they were hit by an SUV.
Authorities say the driver, 25-year-old Andrew Clark, ran a stop sign at the intersection of County Route 4.
Clark's car flipped over and 28-year-old Leonard Fabian was partially ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
Clark, along with 27-year-old Travis Woodard and 26-year-old Kevin Gabriel were admitted to ICU at Strong Memorial Hospital for their injuries.
The fifth passenger, 25-year-old Tyler Sweeney, suffered minor injuries from the accident.
The couple in the SUV, Phyllis and Ronald Fritz, were also treated for minor injuries.
Clark was charged with DWAI Drugs.
Officials say more charges could be filed, pending the outcome of their investigation.
