Martville (WSYR-TV) – The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man who they say had sexual contact with several children over the course of multiple years.
Randy Green, 42, of Route 104 in Martville, has been charged with predatory sexual assault against a child, rape in the second degree, criminal sex act in the second degree, and sexual abuse in the second degree.
The Sheriff’s Office was initially investigating the alleged sexual abuse of one young girl. They say they quickly identified two more child victims, however. Sheriff’s Investigators believe Green was abusing the children over a prolonged period of time.
Green was arraigned in Town of Sterling Court and then taken to the Cayuga County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
