Cicero court clerk arrested on felony charges

Cicero (WSYR-TV) – A former Cicero Court clerk is facing felony charges for allegedly stealing money.

According to the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office, Mary Cole, 66, of Rinaldo Boulevard in Bridgeport spent half a year pilfering $27,000 in court funds.

She has been charged with third-degree grand larceny, first-degree falsifying business records, and misdemeanor second-degree falsifying business records and official misconduct.
