Cicero man sentenced on child porn charges

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A Cicero man was sentenced on child pornography charges on Friday morning.

Ryan Palmer, 21, was sentenced to 10 years probation and will have to register as a level 1 sex offender.

In May, 2011, Palmer, of Bayview Drive, was arrested by State Police and charged with five counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child.

North Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A month-long investigation by State Police and the NYSP Computer Crimes Unit has led to the arrest of a Cicero man on child porn charges.

Ryan Palmer, 20, of Bayview Drive in Cicero, has been charged with five counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child, a felony. He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Palmer was arraigned in the Town of Cicero and then sent to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $10,000 cash/bond.
