Cuomo: NY state storm death toll now 26
NEW YORK (AP) - Gov. Andrew Cuomo says the statewide death toll from the superstorm is now 26.
Cuomo spoke Wednesday at a New York City briefing.
The megastorm caused 13-foot storm surges in Manhattan. High winds toppled trees and caused widespread power outages throughout the region.
