DeWitt (WSYR-TV) – A few weeks after his alleged accomplice was arrested, police are still seeking a man who they believe broke into a DeWitt business and stole $2,500 in equipment and materials.
After he was picked up by another agency on an unrelated charge, DeWitt Police arrested Morgan McDowell on April 4 and charged him with burglary in connection to the theft of tractor trailer batteries, scrap metal, and equipment at the New England Motor Freight facility.
They are still looking for 44-year-old Jodi Jackson on an arrest warrant for burglary. They say Jackson and McDowell
forced their way into the building and used a crowbar
to break into two storage lockers.
Anyone who has information on Jackson or his whereabouts should email DeWitt Police at email@example.com
