Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A DeWitt massage therapist was arraigned on new felony charges on Thursday.
Eli Guterman, 30, of Back N Touch Wellness Center on East Genesee Street, was
already facing forcible touching and sex abuse charges that were reported in December 2012.
On Thursday, he was charged with two new counts of forcible touching, a misdemeanor, from incidents in 2011, and two new counts of felony sex abuse in the first degree, a felony, from two incidents in 2010.
A judge issued four orders of protection for the alleged victims.
He is scheduled to return to court on Jan. 22.
Guterman was released on his own recognizance.
