Deputies attempt to locate missing Canastota woman
Oswego County (WSYR-TV) – Authorities in Oswego County are attempting to locate a 36-year-old woman who hasn’t had contact with her family in several days.
Deputies are attempting to locate 36-year-old Cassandra “Sandy” Phillips, who was last seen on Friday, April 27.
Authorities located Phillips’ car behind Fulton Boiler Works in the village of Pulaski.
Phillips is described as 5-foot-4 with blue eyes.
