Emergency crews respond to fire at automotive shop in Chittenango
Chittenango (WSYR-TV) – Emergency crews responded to a fire in the village of Chittenango.
The fire was reported just before noon on Friday at an automotive shop on Genesee Street in the village, according to Madison County 911 dispatchers.
No one was injured during the blaze.
A fire official said that they initially responded to a report of a car fire within the garage.
The building was heavily damaged during the incident.
Fire officials did not know what caused the fire.
