Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A female member of Syracuse’s V-Not gang pleaded guilty to federal charges on Tuesday morning.

23-year-old Riadda Travet pleaded guilty to an indictment charging her and 10 others under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act.

The authorities say the V-Nots’ crimes included murder, drug trafficking, and robbery.

Travet is one of four members who have pleaded guilty. She could be sentenced to life in prison and made to pay a $250,000 fine. If she is released, she will be subject to three years of supervised release.

In addition to dealing crack and marijuana in their territory on Syracuse’s South Side, V-Not suspect Kahari Smith is accused of shooting former Henninger High School standout athlete Kihary Blue.

According to the US Attorney’s office, Travet admitted that she participated in many of the crimes the V-Nots have been accused of committing.
