Fight leads to stabbing in Syracuse
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - James Hudson would not cooperate with police while doctors worked to save his life.
The 21 year old showed up at Upstate University Hospital, in a private vehicle, at 2:20 a.m.
Police believe Hudson, of Syracuse, was likely stabbed in the abdomen during a fight outside of Karma bar on West Genesse and Wallace Streets.
The injuries required emergency surgery, with Hudson's condition described as critical, but stable.
Without much help from the victim, investigators have turned to the public as they try to piece together what happened.
Anyone with information is asked to call Syracuse Police at 315-442-5222.
