Fire crews respond to Brewerton blaze
Brewerton (WSYR-TV) – Crews responded to the scene of a fire in Brewerton early Friday morning.
The fire was reported around 5 a.m. at a two-story building on the corner of Route 11 and Bennett Road.
The family living in the affected apartment escaped without injury.
Fire officials say the blaze began in the basement and spread quickly to the first floor.
