Fulton (WSYR-TV) – A Fulton man has been accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old boy and then threatening the child if he reported the incident.
According to Fulton Police, Kevin Allen, 38, touched the boy inappropriately in May.
When the boy tried to report the incident, Allen seized his arm and threatened him.
Police arrested Allen – who is listed as homeless – on June 30.
Allen was charged with sexual abuse in the second degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to
the Fulton Police arrest log.
