Fulton man charged twice in 2 days for driving under the influence

Granby (WSYR-TV) – A Fulton man is facing felony charges after being arrested on Monday for driving under the influence twice in two days.

Todd Foster, 48, of 77 County Route 85, Fulton, was arrested on Tuesday after State Police pulled him over when they saw a black Pontiac he was driving swerving on State Route 48 in the town of Granby. They charged him with felony DWI.

Police also discovered that, on Monday, Foster had also been arrested for driving while ability impaired. Police say he was driving under the influence of drugs after an accident in the town of Geddes.

On Tuesday, he was taken to the Oswego County Jail.
