High pressure remains centered over the central Great Lakes region this midday.  Over the next few days high pressure will slowly move east and take up residence along the East Coast by Wednesday morning.  This means high pressure will dominate our weather for much, if not all, of this work week. Consequently, expect plenty of sunshine along with warming temperatures.

Late in the week or early this weekend a cold front is forecast to drop southeast into the Northeast.  There is some debate as to when the cold front actually arrives and when any scattered showers or thunderstorms may occur.  This means the forecast for the very end of the work week and the weekend may change a bit as we get closer.  In the meantime, enjoy the great weather this week!
