Groton woman killed in 2-car accident
Dryden (WSYR-TV) – A Groton woman is dead after a two-car accident in the town of Dryden on Sunday.
According to State Police, 20-year-old Victoria Howell was driving westbound on State Route 366 when her car went into the opposite lane, striking a vehicle traveling east near Upper Creek Road.
The accident was reported around 1:27 p.m.
Howell was taken to the Cayuga Medical Center where she died as a result of her injuries.
The other driver was not injured.
Police say no charges have been filed.
