Home damaged by fire in Cayuga County
Owasco (WSYR-TV) – Emergency crews responded to a fire in the town of Owasco on Thursday morning.
The fire severely damaged a house at 4943 North Road near State Route 38 and Murphy Road.
Fire personnel believe the fire began in a ceiling.
Fire departments were called in from Onondaga County to assist.
