Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A five vehicle crash on I-81 southbound, just north of the Colvin Street exit, appears to have been caused by a car making an "unsafe" lane change, according to Syracuse Police.

Four people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, police said.
The crash caused lane closures and heavy backup until about 4 p.m.
