Man accused of sexual contact with disabled teen
Watertown (WSYR-TV) - A 45-year-old Watertown man is accused of having sexual contact with a 15-year-old mentally disabled teenager.
State Police say Douglas Freeman was arrested in Pasco County, Florida on one county of criminal sex act and transported back to Jefferson County on Thursday.
He was arraigned in the Village of Glen Park Court, and sent to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building on $25,000 bail and is awaiting further court proceedings.
