Man dies in Tompkins County farm accident
Ithaca (WSYR-TV) -- A 30-year-old man was accidentally killed after getting caught in a piece of farm equipment at the Sweyolakan Farm in Tompkins County on Tuesday.
Fire officials say the man was killed just before 1 p.m. at the farm on Bostwick Road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Ithaca Fire Department and Bang’s Ambulance crews responded to the scene.
The victim has not been identified.
The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
