Salina (WSYR-TV) – A Mattydale teenager is facing felony charges stemming from a stabbing that occurred at Orchard Estates Apartments on Wednesday afternoon.
Tyree Allen, 16, of 328 West Molloy Road, was charged with assault in the second degree, a felony, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor.
The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m.
The 19-year-old victim was taken to Upstate University Hospital to be treated for a leg wound.
Allen was arraigned in Town of Salina Court and taken to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $15,000 bond.
He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on March 13.
