Clay (WSYR-TV) - A memorial fund has been set up in honor of a Liverpool Central School District librarian who was kidnapped and killed in Clay last week.
Lori Bresnahan was a librarian at the Willow Field Elementary School before the incident that took her life.
A 29-year-old Cicero man - David Renz
- is in custody on charges including murder, rape, and kidnapping.
In addition to Bresnahan, a 10-year-old girl was a victim in the incident.
The district said:
“Lori had a presence in many of our buildings and was beloved by staff and students whose lives she touched through her devoted passion to the work she loved.”
Donations will be saved in a trust. They can be mailed to The Lori Bresnahan Memorial Fund, Edge Federal Credit Union, 7545 Morgan Rd., Liverpool, NY 13090.
