Missing Cayuga County man located
Locke (WSYR-TV) – A Cayuga County man reported missing on Thursday night has been located, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
89-year-old Noah Cannon of Locke was reported missing by the Sheriff’s Office on Thursday night.
Shortly before 8:15 a.m. on Friday, they said he had been located and was safe.
