Elbridge (WSYR-TV) - Just a few hours after issuing an alert asking Central New Yorkers to help them find a woman who went missing in the town of Sennett Sunday evening, the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office says she has been found.
Erin Carmody was found walking along Vinegar Hill Road in the town of Elbridge.
The Sheriff’s Office says her condition is being evaluated.
Sheriff’s Office looking for missing woman

Auburn (WSYR-TV) – The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a woman who went missing sometime between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Sunday.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 27-year-old Erin Carmody left to walk her dog, a Siberian husky, on Sunday evening. The dog returned to Carmody’s residence in the town of Sennett without her at 6 a.m.
The Sheriff’s Office reports she was last seen wearing a dark brown coat, blue jeans, a black t-shirt, and white shoes.
She has a scar on her left ear and wears glasses. It is not known if she was wearing glasses when she left the residence on Sunday evening.
Carmody is 5-foot-4, weighs about 125 pounds, and has red hair, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
