Nearly 100 charged at Dave Matthews concert

Darien (WSYR-TV/13WHAM-TV) – The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office charged nearly 100 concert goers after a Dave Matthews Band show at Darien Lake.

Deputies charged nearly 90 people with underage drinking at the Tuesday-night event.

They also made five arrests on charges including drug possession, disorderly conduct, and trespassing.

Those arrested are scheduled to appear in Darien Town Court later in the month.
