Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – A Nedrow man was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for his role in a marijuana ring in 2008.

29-year-old Landon Sky was a mid-level marijuana dealer who was part of a plot involving more than 100 kilograms of marijuana that was brought from the Akwesasne Mohawk Indian Reservation near the Canadian border to the Onondaga Indian Reservation.

Sky was found guilty of conspiring to possess with intent to distribute between 10 and 20 kilograms of marijuana between August and December of 2008.

Sky received the marijuana from other conspirators. In turn, Sky sold marijuana to other dealers and people in the Syracuse area.
